New window latches??
Anyone know how to get a new window latch for the 397Th? They are knobs that roll out. As you turn it the 2 arms extend and push the window out. There are 2 small wheels that lock underneath the glass window and pull it back in when you turn the knob. Mine are broken. Weird mechanism to me. Dealers are useless in my area. I called GD and left a voice message to get a part number so I can order from Lippard? the window manufacturer. Tweetys doesnt know anything. They are normally great.
Thanks,
Darron

You could try the parts look up on GD website, you will need to know the year. Might take a little looking.
There was mention on the forum about a dealer that would order parts, cant remember who though.

Yep exactly but it broke as well so there is not much wheel left. It will not lock in underneath the track.

New window latches??
I was fortunate then as I had a window where both arms came out of the track. Hating dealers, I used a Dremel tool and made notches at the full extension end that allowed me to reseat the wheels. Been 4 years and I just make sure never to over extend that window. Sorry yours is more difficult. Merry Christmas![emoji319]

My 376 was made in early 2016. I had all 4 front windows fail.
GD replaced all my windows with new/different windows.
Mine was not the only one they had issues with, don't know if
yours windows are the same as mine were.Seth and Becca
