Man, I feel sorry for you folks having all these problems. I think Grand Design has improved their inspection before leaving the factory. Either that or their quality has improved significantly. Maybe a bit of both. We've had only one issue with our Reflection. The valve in the drain pipe for the washing machine was "flipped" and caused water to back up when the washer started the rinse cycle. It was easy to fix and that's the only problem we've had. We've been extremely impressed with the quality- mainly because we hear stories from so many other people who've had bad experiences.

I've had several "small" issues but not small to me when it is 1 hour run to the dealer. This 5th wheel is my 3rd one, I had a SunLine for 10 years and most recently a Skyline Layton for 16 years. Now these are not what one would consider high end campers, however neither ever made a single trip back to the dealer. Ever! Yes, with slides and other more complex options now, one might expect some additional problems but not to the extent that I've seen and heard about. It is great that GD stands behind their products but with true "quality" in place, you would not see a lot of these issues in the first place. Mine came delivered with several areas that had dried sealant smeared here and there. Something a child could have pointed out at the end of the assembly line, yet it was still delivered that way. The problems I have had seem to be poor quality control. Period.
