Advice on slides; when opening or closely slides always let them go all the way out or all the way in and keep holding switch for few seconds after slide stops. Had trouble with mind because I was letting in out a little bit so it wouldn't hit camper shed post and motors got out of sync. GD gave me this advice and haven't had problem since.

Good advice, but only applicable to Schwintek slides. Holding switch down for several seconds on a through frame slide will accelerate wear on the overrun clutch.

I wondered. The dealer specifically told me to run it until it clicks a few times to make sure it's all the way. (Not schwintek)

They said it doesn't cause problems because that's how it's made to work.

Yep, once the clutch clicks the slide is done moving. No sense listening to it for 5 seconds. The Schwintek on the other hand, needs the extra time to reset the zero point for the synchronized operation of the 2 motors.

Thanks for clarifying. My old camper use to click when slide all way out or in. I think I like the mechanical clutch vs motor controller that is on my 2018 Imagine 2250RK.

End of the Story: I got a new end for my long drop cord, replaced it. Hooked up the cord to my trailer from the garage. Plugged it in, flipped on the 12 volt. Went inside the RV and no lights.
So I believe I am good to go at this point. Hope that it stays this way. So everybody keep all your stuff grounded properly. It does make a difference. Keep on RV'ing.

In case someone is searching for a solution from the road, I have lost the sensor or magnet on one side of my slide. I haven’t figured out how to get access and see yet, but the slide always starts moving in unison and then one side stops after the same amount of time. I was able to ensure that there was nothing in the way and the put the controller in override to fix this. It is risky because you can harm things if you’re not clear, but it’s a life-saver if you can’t get the slide in. The instructions were on the control box.
