    Stabilizer jack issue

Hi. This may have been covered elsewhere, but I was unable to locate the guidance I am looking for. Leveled out 2022 2930RL manually today. When I tried to extend the rear stabilizers (4 pt electric), the RR stabilizer works fine, but the LR stabilizer will not extend. The unit is sitting level all around; I just can’t get the stabilizer to work. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem may be, or what I can check to see what’s going on? Thanks.

I'm not experienced with electric jacks, but if one does not extend I'd start at the jack itself to see if it is getting power. If it is then I'd suspect a bad jack. If it isn't I'd trouble shoot that circuit back to its source (presumably a controller someplace). Others should comment soon. I hope you get it resolved.

Start at the plug at the jack. Had that happen to me in my driveway preparing for my first trip with the 31MB. Plug was not clipped tight tight from the factory.

    Update:
Ran diagnostics on electrical system. When the jack gets power, it works. Getting power to the controller, getting power out of the controller on all but the LR jack. All of the other three jacks work fine. Doesn’t seem to be getting power out of the controller for the problem jack. I’m guessing bad controller; if I can get my hands on one, it appears easily changed out. If anyone has any info on this, please share. Now, off to research controllers. Thanks for the previous replies.

All fuses were checked and were fine. The only thing amiss was power out of the controller to the LR jack. Thanks.

I think maybe one way you could verify it's the controller is to swap the power and hall sensor wire on the rear jacks from Right to Left and then see if the bad jack now works using manual mode. Example; the Right Rear on the controller now operates the Left Rear jack. I would also check to make sure none of the wires/pins have backed out of the plugs on the controller.

This is our controller but we have 6 way, your 4 way should be the same swap around. At least it's a way to verify what your thinking before replacing the controller.

That reminds me I need to get a spare fuse to use for troubleshooting.
A quick check shows at least e-trailer has the 4 way controller if you need to order one, https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=...BAgFEBA&adurl=
