    Trying to get someone at GD to help

    I finally sold my house and have ordered my Solitude 369 three weeks ago. My dealer called and said that he received an email informing him that the little rig was being shipped this week!!!! He was shocked so he sent them an email to make sure it was that same rig but did not receive an answer so I tried to call and for two days have not received a return call from either sales or CS. We have been waiting a long time to purchase this rig as I have been on the forum for several months and just now seeing problems with less then stellar answers from the factory or CS. Wish I could get an answer from the people in the factory. When I was asking about purchasing the Solitude 6months ago they were all helpful both in sales and CS but now I cannot get them to even return my call. Hope it gets better.....

    Thank you Steve I will give it a try. Well I have tried this number several times but all I get is a recording telling me that the parts and service departments have moved and can never reach a CS person. Guess CS was good in the beginning but needs a little updating. Hope the quality of the product has not changed.
