That is sad on 2 fronts, First GD should be paying attention to what they are manufacturing, upgrade the springs as mentioned above.
Second , this dealer should not have a rig sitting there that has not been properly cleaned from delivery. If they offered me this trailer on the cheap I would deny it.

Wow that's crazy! I will take a pic of my springs tomorrow, they look nothing like that and I am close to max GVWR! They have a nice curved arch and so do the axles. That thing looks rode hard and put up wet under there, wonder if that's transit damage??

Sigh! Thanks everyone for confirming my suspicion. I'll send a note to GD and see what happens.

Not only does the unit have bad springs, but it's already rusting and covered in road salt. Yikes!

Ok I give up on the picture rotation but you get the idea. My trailer is at about 16500 total weight and 12700 on the axles in these pics and they look fine to me. Anyone else with a 375 have any spring pics?

They look better than the new one posted above, but I don't like the "hump" in the middle.

Yes I noticed that when looking at the pictures, it is not noticeable when looking at the spring close up but I have nothing to compare it too. I will keep an eye on them as the miles add up and see how they do. This is something I'm definitely not going to play around with. I love the trailer and will switch it all out to Moryride independent suspension and disc brakes at the first sign of issues. They look way better to me than that new unit pic did though!
P.S. thank you again Rob for fixing the pictures2019 Solitude 375RES Onan 5500 Splendide W/D Samsung res. fridge

These are on the left-road side of your unit?
Did you weigh both sides of your unit? If so, how heavy is the left side compared with the right?
You can google many 375res owners who have had to fix-replace those springs.
Yours look good.
