Grand Design warranty and parts department has approved a new rubber roof repair. I would suggest everyone check there RV's roof hardware, especially those units built in June of this year.

Hears hoping nobody else has this same problem,

    Hi Terry & Cathy

Can you describe what the roofing material looked like when the sealant failed? Are you talking about the caulking material around vents & such or the stuff that holds the rubber roof to the roofing deck?
I have been on the roof of my 337 just 3-4 times, but the last time I noticed several (many?) air bubbles in the roofing material. Most are about the size of a quarter, but some are a few inches long. I don't see any breaks in the material and all the caulking looks fine.
It was a sunny day when I found these, not particularly hot, but the unit was in the direct sunlight.
Anyone else know if bubbles in the rubber roofing are unusual?
When I press the bubble down with my thumb, it seemed to then adhere to the roof deck.

    Hi, Ken and Wilma

Here are the pictures of the vent and antenna sealant. We believe it was a sealant problem. Hope this helps and hope you don't have this problem.

Thanks for the pics. Yes, yours seems to be sealant/caulking related. My potential problem is air bubbles in the
fabric of the rubber roof. Another owner told me that a few bubbles is not unusual -- unless they grow significantly
    larger in size.
Anyway, it is back at the dealer for other issues and I put this on the list.
    Thanks again.

Glad to hear that it's not your sealant. Good luck with the bubbles and other issues.
