Water running along rear bottom frame and dripping at low point
Brand new 285BHTS, never even been out yet, with dripping water at the rear-most frame location (frame above hitch) hidden by stapled covering. Vertical laminate appears to be saturated, spongy to the touch. Tried to trace to source but cannot find. Just had the rig de-winterized and was told "no issues." Has anyone else had this issue? What was the cause/fix? Thank you very much.

I would guess it is coming from kitchen sink or rear spray port , outside kitchen.
The vertical laminate , is that the rear wall outside of the camper?
I would take right back to dealer, should be under warranty.

It sounds like the winterized process missed a line somewhere. The de-winterization has filled your underbelly in a insidious manner that no one noticed it then. Good luck.
