    TV in front storage bay?

    Has anyone put a tv the front storage bay of a 315 (there seems to be a spot for a hookup) to use as an outdoor tv?

    Hubby wants to take the old living room flat screen and hang it there so that sports can be viewed outdoors.

    We have a solitude but this should work for your situation as well. The mount telescopes out and then pivots. The legs on the mount can be adjusted to provide clearance beyond the lip of the door. Everything locks into place when retracted against the basement wall. Mount is a Morryde TV40-002H.

    Did you have to put any blocking or reinforcement in the basement wall for that MORryde TV mount to fasten to?

    Yes I added a 3/8 inch plywood backer behind the wall with 2 L shaped brackets also screwed into the alumum crossmembers above that provide additional support to the wall.
