I have not weighed my setup. The build weight is 6140lb. The solar and it’s components added 120lb. Dealer added 120lb with the propane tanks and battery. Loaded up to camp probably adds another 300lbs max. Add 5 gallons to the toilet and we are 6750lbs max. 750lbs under the GVW.

I’ve weighed the tongue at 910lbs with a Shurline scale so that means ~5800-5900lbs on the axles. I just rack it up to subpar components. If they would have offered a 2000 or 2200lb spring last year I would have jumped on it. I think it’s a poor engineering choice to expect 3500lb axles to live day to day with 2900+ lbs on them. I think 3 of my 4 tires have touched the floor.

Since you haven't weighed it, your assuptions can be FAR off. Just about everyone is shocked when they weigh their lashups.
