    Appreciate the assistance, but when I pull down on the adjusting arms they go pretty much right back up to their original position. I think that is mainly for dumping water. I don't think the awning is made to adjust for lower sun angles.

    You're pulling at the wrong spot. We also have the 303 and do this all the time. The first time I did it it didn't look like it would work either, then realized I was trying to pull it at the wrong spot. It will be the next joint toward the trailer. i"m not looking at it but I believe it is the first one from the trailer.

    Thanks. I went on line and found the owner's manual. I'm doing it the way they say to, but that is to sue the water dumps off. There is no way to get more tilt to the awning. Not a good thing. Not much sun blocking unless the sun is directly over head. I'm going to search for a replacement.
