What trailer do you have? Someone here probably has the same model and can tell you where their converter is located.
For a 5th wheel, they are generally located behind the rear wall (easy to remove) of the pass through compartment.
On tag trailers, generally (but not always) near the distribution (breaker) panel. Usually behind a drawer, cabinet or wall.

I had power in the cabin after we hooked up to shore power. After a storm my fridge stated no A/C i checked the main panel and i had full power there at the bottom of the breakers but nothing to the small fuse panel does the power go to the convertors before it goes to the small fuse panel? After i checked the fuses in the front under pass they were all good. I checked power again in the camper and now there isnt any power to anything but the 110 outlets and microwave. Any hints?

Converter for that model is on curb side in the access/storage area, behind the wall. I've taken pictures of it but never taken out the wall to climb back in there. I agree with others, sounds like a pedestal pole failure which we've encountered a few times. Having a good EMS/Surge makes this pretty quick as I can check my pedestal voltages inside. I'm suspecting that's the root cause.

@BigQ007 -
This is a very old thread. If you want to make sure folks know you're trying to get their attention, here are a few tips:
1) If you use "Reply With Quote" (to the right of "Reply") as I have here, folks will know to whom you are responding and that person will get a notification.
2) You can also tag folks using the "@" symbol and their user name (as I have done yours) - they'll also get a notification that way.
3) You can create a signature block with your RV and tow vehicle information (see mine below). That way you won't have to repeat that information whenever you post or ask a question - and others won't have to ask. You can create a signature by going to:
Forum Actions (on menu bar) -> Edit Profile -> Edit Signature (under My Settings on the left)
Note: you'll need to have a paid subscription to add an image to your signature.
