Why am I restricted from viewing attachments?

Hi ,

I am a fairly new member of this forums and was wondering why I don't have access to view attachments anymore? I was able to just this morning and now I can't. I was trying to view the Rally photos and could see then earlier this morning but not anymore. In fact I can't see any attachments on the forums anymore.

There is a 30 day "free trial" period that allows you to see all of the forum. After 30 days, your access is reduced unless you become a paid member. To become a paid member, visit www.granddesignowners.com/forum/payments.php.

I guess there's a fee because of no advertising on this site??

pwrplay, you're correct. Chris, the owner and administrator of this forum, doesn't want to have to depend on advertisement to help with the cost of running a forum. If you have ever been a member of a forum that is supported by advertisement you know how aggravating the advertisement can be. $12.00 per year is a very small fee to keep advertisement off the forum.

That is correct. Advertisements and tracking cookies are no fun, and I'd prefer to stay away from that. It also keeps the riff raff out. People who pay $12 a year usually WANT to be here, and exchange information. It reduces the people who join forums to berate others. If you want evidence of that, go to the cummins forum and see some of the stuff that happens there. I don't tolerate that on my forums, and I have learned in the 16 years that I've had a forum that payment is a good form of regulation.

Thanks Chris & Steve,

$12 is very reasonable to avoid all the crap that you see on a lot of the other forums.

My donation will be coming in the next couple of weeks. I have a few other bills to clear off my credit card from the new trailer first. This thing is nickel and diming me to death with all the little needs and wants. LoL, but its worth it. It is an awesome trailer and me and my family are very happy with it.
