Remote Control for the Fireplace?

I emailed Dean at GD and he said that they stopped shipping units with remotes for the fireplace yet I keep getting replies that indicate everyone has one. Our unit was built in mid April so I will have to dig a little deeper.

Our Reflection is 2015- we purchased this July. We have fireplace remote.

Our remotes were in the storage compartment of the theater seats.

Ours is a 2015 303RLS built in June and at the dealer in July. All of our manuals and remotes were in the drawer above the fireplace. We did receive a remote for the fireplace and have used it often already. Comes in handy.

We got ours also, along with a remote for the thermostat!

We got the remote for the thermostat which is a waste due to where the thermostat is located, remote will operate at a 90 degree angle. On the Reflection the theatre seating has a removable armrest and does not have any storage in it. Thanks everyone for the responses and the photos.

We just had that remote in the seat - never used it & forgot about it until I was looking for fireplace instructions.
Thanks for the pic - we can now fire it up from our seat! Wow!
