This is in the White Mountains of Arizona near Big Lake. Great trout fishing in the lake. This photo was taken in May of 2015. The elevation is about 8,500 feet, and it's three hours NE of Phoenix. We were camped in our 2014 337RLS.

In April of 2019, we took a trip to Moab UT. We boondocked on BLM land for free. You can't boondock within a 20 mile radius of Moab. So we were about 20-1/2 miles. This is a short drive to Canyon Lands NP, Arches NP, and Dead Horse SP. In addition, it's a short drive and hike to the Dinosaur stomping Ground. This is about a two acre slab of rock with thousands of dinosaur tracks.

I Camped here last night just outside of Sisters, Oregon. First time in the new Solitude 374TH-R. I have 2 group 31 batteries. I turned off the inverter overnight, so that I would not drain the batteries too far. I'll see how long they will last another time on this trip. KEN

I'm thing about camping here on Wednesday and Thursday. I road the bike up there today.
NO cell, no potable water, no wifi and probably no people (being everyone went home after a big weekend). There must be a cord or 2 of firewood in some of the campsites. I'm guessing it's from winter cleanup. It a FS campsite for $8.00, so $4.00 for me with my senior card.

EDIT: Postponed or 2 days. I head up there on Friday.Last edited by orbiker; 05-28-2019 at 08:33 PM.

Now that name brings back so many great memories from the early 80's. It's on my bucket list of places to revisit. I rode there almost every Thanksgiving from 1979 to 1984. Pretty empty in those days. 6 or 7 of us had 250cc dirt bikes. Mine was a 1980 Yamaha YZ250 with the six speed trani.
