Another reason to buy Goodyear Endurance - No more Truck Suck!

Recently we replaced our 9000 mile Westlakes with Goodyear Endurance tires. After a 1500 mile road test (enroute to the Michigan Rally) I noticed I wasn't instinctively reacting to passing trucks as before? I am confident the GY Endurance tires greatly reduce the movement (truck suck) and feel of passing trucks!

Physically, Goodyear Endurance tires are a much heavier than the same size Westlakes and have stiffer sidewalls too. We run the GY Endurance tires at just below max tire pressure.

The trailer tracks true and minimal correction is needed when the Semis pass us. Much more pleasant towing experience!

Wish we had done the tire swap as the first upgrade.

We experienced the same thing when we upgraded to the GY Endurance tires. It was a pleasant surprise for sure.

Dittos- Replaced my china bombs with 5 GYE's a couple weeks ago. Less sidewall flex when turning sharp.

Please keep us posted on your experience with the Goodyears. I will be very interested to see how they preform on a unit in the weight class that you have.

Sure thing. I also installed the new Reese Goosebox on my 397TH. Only been to the tire store and back but it seems a lot better versus the 5th wheel. No more lifting the heavy 5th wheel hitch in and out of the bed.....
