No, they don't. There are 2 types. One screws on the valve stem like a valve cap. They weigh an ounce or less. Not enough to realistically throw off balance. The other type is what they call a flow-through. These are a bit larger but still not enough to significantly affect balance. The easiest way to describe the difference between the 2 is the cap type you remove to add air to the tire. The flow-through type stay on the valve stem (metal stems are highly recommended for these) and you add air through them. Hope this helps.

Had those and they seized onto the stem. I do suggest some sort of lube to try and stop the corrosion reaction between the metals.
