What’s the strangest thing you ever found on your GD?
See...leave her alone for 4 days in the spring, and nature takes advantage!
Yes, it’s a nest on the sewer pipe. Although it looks messy on the outside, the inside and edge are very neatly smoothed out.
On another note, at home, there is a little bird guarding my vehicle in the driveway. I don’t use it much. I have to look up the specific bird, but I know darned well it isn’t a ground-nester. Don’t dare start up the car now!

Not too uncommon, but I've found a bird's nest in my pin box 3 years in a row around spring time.

i left my motorcycle helmet hanging upside down on my handlebar and had the start of a nest in it the next morning.

I haven't found anything strange "ON" my GD, but a few oddities underneath it. Last year, when I tried to repack my bearings, I had to deal with a large king snake coiled up behind one of the tires. And frequently, we'll get javelina taking a nap in the shade underneath it.
