So they seem confident to handle contingencies.

Having lived through a number of contingencies I am familiar with the attitude. Basically, if you are uninjured and otherwise healthy then the rest of it can get handled in time. It may not always be the most efficient, cost effective nor comfortable way, but it can be fixed.

Been reading many Good Sam members who have rec’d termination letters after having used roadside assistance. Seems Good Sam wants everyone to buy the RS insurance but seems to take a different approach to clients who actually use it. So if you have GS Roadside and use it be prepared to find another service shortly thereafter.
