Note that the bearings require inspection and maintenance every 12K miles or every 12 months. They do not reflect the usage of the Zerk fittings for the maintenance.

We are having Lippert do the bearing repacking and brake adjustment for us tomorrow here in Goshen, IN. We just bought our 305RE 5/30/14 - but went to Alaska and back and it has close to 12,000M.

Chris I know this is old post, but wandering if a oil bath/ splash bearings can be used on our trailers. We have a 385. Think I will call LCI and talk to them. I have used them in the past with great success and it actually keeps bearings cooler and less chance of a hazard in what I have seen using them. Just wanted to know what you thought about that. I don't believe they offer oil bath. Call them and double check.
