I am sure there are several of the hitches mentioned that are good. From my experience as a service writer and accessory specialist for Camping World for 7 years, my preference is the Reese Straitline Hitch. I have sold many of all types but I have personally used the straitline. It is hard to beat.

We are pulling a 27bhs with a 2019 Tundra and a husky centerline hitch. The hitch is noisy but works very well.

Going to Colorado in two days so I will report back when I return on the performance of the blue ox. With a blue ox your concern for propane tank should not be an issue as it settles on the trailer frame, saddle style, compared to the equalizer which has the L brackets sticking up in the way.
I promised a post CO trip evaluation and the Blue Ox is better. I also took 5 lbs air out of the front tires and transferred 25 lbs from rear cargo box to the center storage compartment. Front fender measurement was spot on right away. All was good until I encountered only left side gusts. Then sway was induced but with the Blue Ox it was trying to correct itself as opposed to getting worse with the EQ.
Experimenting will continue until I say screw it and get a 5th wheel. Really like the 315 RLTS though....

I did some research online and went overkill and did the 12000lb equalizer 4point system. And after a few long out of state trips we decided to upgrade my tow vehicle to a 2500 Ram Cummings. The truck upgrade made a tremendous difference in the safety of long hauls. It did take alot of adjustments to the equalizer hitch to setup for the new truck but it works amazing.
