My damage was a bit more extensive. Insurance paid out around $3500, repairs were done my the dealer I purchased it from. Took about 3 months to get the parts, but that was my own fault, we were traveling and didn't get back.

Yes, I have tst507, the tmps didn't give any warning. I don't expect any tpms would give warning on a blowout.
the outside temp was around 96. I was watching my tpms and at the time of or around that time it was reporting around 86 psi and inside tire temp was 102.

That's not good I have the same tpms thought maybe low pressure would show or excessive heat.

I wasn't using a TPMS but I had checked the air pressure before I left the campground that morning and I had used an Infrared gu to check temps about an hour before at the last gas stop.

The tire that came apart never deflated, the inner core was still inflated and the TPMS did not go off. When the tread separated (Westlake) it just tore things up. Knocked the TPMS off the valve of the tire behind it, which went flat and alarmed.

I have had several flats where TPMS saved the day by letting me know before damage was done, ergo, I am a huge fan of TPMS. But in the this case it made no difference, who would think that a tire with no tread on it could remain inflated.

I'm assuming that your TST507 uses transducers mounted to the valve stems like the ones I have. If the transducers are not mounted to the inside of the wheel they read really low. I've found the tread temps to be a lot higher than the TPMS indicates with valve stem mounted xducers. Your tread temps were probably over 160 degrees.

Ditch the Westlakes (they are famous for poor quality), and go with the Goodyear Endurances (and they are much better ride) I did two weeks after we bought our 337RLS, based on all the chatter.

I damaged the aluminum on my Solitude slideout and replaced it myself. Bought the parts (plastic end trim and the aluminum panel) through my dealer. Cost was less than my insurance deductable. You have more damage than that but I would still check to see. Figured if I could fix for less than deductable and keep onsurance out of it, that was the way to go. Only took 4-5 hours.
Good luck to you on the repairs.
