2019 Solitude No Water Pressure
We have been using the water all day with no issues, suddenly we have water pressure. Checked the connection at the RV Park, pressure is good on there end, but not ours

Could it be that your controls are set for using fresh water tank, and the tank is empty (after all day)?
If the controls on the manifold are in the position for fresh water, then I don't think the city connection will work.
Just a thought...

Maybe the inlet check valve could stick. Possibly try switching the panel valves to fill your fresh water tank. See if you hear water flowing thru the hose. If so , after partially filling switch to dry camping setting and see if the onboard pump will give you pressure.

Hi, welcome. Sorry if the following is insulting, we don't know what you know.
If you successfully filled your fresh water tank then your Nautilus panel was probably set to "Powerfill" to fill your tank. Setting the Nautilus to "Dry Camping" and turning on the water pump should give you an on-demand pressurized water system until your tank runs dry. Sounds like you've got that now.
To instead use the water supply in a campground you need to turn the valves on your Nautilus panel to "City Water" positions matching the illustration on the panel for City Water. You can turn off your water pump, which is used only for running off your fresh tank (and for flushing and winterizing).
If you ARE properly setting for City Water it's possible that a valve inside your Nautilus panel has failed or is not seating properly. Turn off your pump and open a tap to release any pressure in your trailer, and then try rotating all the Nautilus knobs back and forth through their range a few times. Feel for differences / obstructions as you're doing it; that valve might have failed. Then re-set for City Water and try again.
Since you've power-filled your fresh tank it doesn't seem as though your water inlet is obstructed by debris or a bad backflow valve. It's therefore hard to imagine any other reason other than a mis-setting or failure of the Nautilus panel for campsite water to not fill your trailer's water system.
If a valve has failed it is replaceable, here's a PDF about that:

Same thing is happening to my 2022 Grand Design Solitude as well. However we have high water pressure everywhere except dual sinks in the master bathroom. Will be filling fresh tank to test if it works only with pump.
Is there any valves to open up to bathroom sinks?

Nothing worked so far. Must be a kink in the lines or something somewhere.

Have you ever used the sinks in question?

This was the first. It’s a brand new unit.
Grand design said they have had some issues where the valve sticks and they are sending me two new faucets to swap them out. Hope it works.
