Roller shade adjustment instructions

We have had a roller shade in our main living area that would never retract fully and hung down about 3 inches. Drove me nuts over the last 2 yrs so this weekend I did some research and found instructions on the manufacturers website on how to adjust.

I have the same problem...shades that won’t completely retract. But the link you provided seems to answer the question of how to retract a roller that is stuck down. How do I get one to retract the last 4-5 inches?

Yes this was our problem too...according to the directions you rotate the clear knob clockwise to raise the “stop point” or in other words the fully retracted point. Ours was not a clear knob but we had 2 black knobs- one controlled the speed of retraction and the other the stop point
