Ride on unloaded F450
So... keep thinking about my dream truck - the F450. Considering a 2019 or may wait out the for the 2020. The DRW would pave the way for our future upgrade to a Momentum 5er, but would also be my daily driver. I know the 19.5 wheels are super stiff G-rated tires and combined with the suspension... just how bad is the unloaded ride? Any good ways to dampen it a bit when unloaded other than dropping the tire pressure?

I've driven several thousand miles in our F450 loaded and unloaded. As far as I'm concerned the ride is fine. It's not Mercedes smooth but it's more than acceptable. I recommend you go test drive one if you're worried.

Coming out of a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 DRW into my new 2019 F450 I kind of think the empty ride is softer in the new Ford. But maybe too much, I am looking at adding after market suspension because the ford squats more than the Chevy did. But there isn't much difference.
