Anchor Down get together

Well I will just put this out there. Someone on the Grand Design owners facebook page asked about a get together next spring here at Anchor Down in Dandridge, Tn. Lots of water activities to do, hiking, pool, etc. The owner said he will do whatever to put us as close together as possible. There is a huge shelter that we could use for a dinner or two also. If anyone is interested just let me know and we will try and pin down a date to suit all of us. At the rate we're going I'm sure we will be here anyway--it seems to be our favorite place!!

Anchor Down is our favorite place too, we already have a week reserved for next year. I hope to make at least one more trip there this year. I will always remember you put us on to it.

Looks like a great place. We try get down to that part of the country once or twice a year.
Usually stay in or around Gatlinburg. This looks close enough to the shopping areas of Sevierville
that I might be able to talk my lovely bride into it. Keep us posted on potential dates.

I was thinking maybe the latter part of May or first of June--it makes no difference to us at all! You guys chime in with some dates that might work. We are only 3 1/2 hours away so about anything will work for us. The owners said he will make sure we have tables in the pavilion for picnics or whatever. Also "linger longer". That is one of the things we love about Anchor Down-- it is out in the country, overlooking this beautiful lake but it only takes about 20 minutes to get to all the shopping!! I love that also but I love coming back home to the quiet and not being in the neon light district !

We will likely be in Branson, MO (for a family reunion) weekend of 13/14 June, so could swing through
East Tennessee on our way, say......the week before. We won't nail down the Branson date until
Jan 1, but it will be either 6/7 or 13/14 June.

When the date is set and Grand Design is on board let us a know so we can work our calendars. We need as much lead time as possible.

We will be at an RV Dreams Rally in Marion, North Carolina, May 23 - 31.
We would be interested in something the first part of June.
