Additional Information

• There will be tables/displays set up for Grand Design Service and all of the major suppliers (Wed 8:30 am –12:30,Thur, Fri 8:30 am to 4:00 pm…Sat am as required)

• Minor maintenance by GDRV techs can be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis at the GD Customer Service table. This is offered as a courtesy to rally attendees and not meant as an alternative to a service appointment with your dealer. So that all have the opportunity for minor repairs, there will be a limit of the number of repairs per unit. For clarification of the type of repairs available at the campground, call GD Customer Service at 574-825-9679. Other repairs or upgrades may be arranged at the GD repair facility prior to the rally by calling the same number.

• The suppliers have techs also on hand for consultation and repairs

• There are many places of interest in the Elkhart area to explore in your free time at the rally. We’ll be sending out some more information on suggested tours or excursions. For more general information… http://www.amishcountry.org/

• RVSEF will have a weigh team available at the campground during the rally to do individual tire weighings and analysis on your camper and truck. This is offered at additional cost and is a great learning opportunity. For further information here’s a link… http://www.rvsafety.com/

• Country Lane Bakery will be at the rally Thursday afternoon (same day as the pot luck dinner) with the baked goods that were pre-ordered along with some other baked goods available for sale (a pre-order form will be sent out). Orders need to be phoned or faxed in to them by noon Sunday, Aug 23rd to be delivered on Thursday. Cash payment only please.

• Dogtown Resort is a great place should you need pet boarding or daycare services during your stay at the rally. We’ll also be doing some 50/50 draws to support the excellent work that they do finding placement for rescue dogs. For more information… https://www.facebook.com/DogtownResort
