What do you do to your house when on an extended road trip?

We travel between 2 homes several times a month.

We have a checklist at each house that we use EVERY TIME we leave even for overnight.

Both homes have WiFi and internet
Both homes have security system with text notification and cellular monitoring

WATER OFF!!
AC set to 82 degrees in summer and 79 degrees in winter (Florida homes so winter is still warm)
Hard wired security cameras with internet access at both homes with motion detection text alerts
Water heater Breaker OFF
Electric dryer breaker OFF
Lock all doors
Next door neighbors have keys
Pool service weekly main home
Lawn service weekly both homes
MyQ garage door ability to monitor and open or close garage doors remotely. (Comes in handy if UPS Drops pkg and neighbor can put in garage
Monitor power usage daily via power company web site for unusual usage
Arrange neighbor to check mail and put mail on hold at USPS.COM
Have a few interior lights on timer to make home look occupied

Notify local law enforcement and give them contact information for yourself and anyone watching the house. Place my residence on extra patrol for the duration of my trip.
