When water pump is on water is coming out intake
I've had my 360rl for a year, but for the first time filled my fresh water tank. When I turned on the water pump, water started gushing out the water intake valve. I had the diverter handles set as described for using the pump. I am probably doing something wrong but don't know what. Any ideas? Help.

No, not doing anything wrong. There is a check valve just inside the hose connection. Either it is stuck open or the o-ring came off allowing the water to come back out. Remove the screen and you will see the little plastic end of the valve. Push it in a few times with your finger and see if it will seat.

I use these on my water inlet and black tank inlet. The primary reason I use them is that they seal the opening very well and give me ability to turn off water flow right at the panel. I always keep them attached so they also act to prevent back-flow. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Orbit-Br...7935/203019991

I had the exact same problem. They put the check valve in backwards.
