285 BHTS Shower - Is this normal?

It looks to us like the shower walls are seperating from the shower pan, potential badness. Are we correct in our assessment and, if so, what is the fix? We are full-timers and cannot take our rig into the dealer for warranty service. If not normal, what sealant should one use? Thank you all very much.

My first thought is that does seem a bit excessive, but understand the pan does extend up the wall quite a bit behind the shower enclosure. In all the RV's we've owned including our Momentum, I have not seen any silicone or calking in that area so it might be okay. I would suggest you contact customer service, and send those pic's and get their opinion. Others will chime in I'm sure.

That looks pretty normal to me. You will probably cause issues if you try to seal it up.

Looks like all the other ones we have on the lot.

The pan has a lip that goes up pretty far behind the side walls.
