slide out control pannel location for a newbe

i have a 2016 grand design imagine travel trailer. my slide with the fridge,microwave,stove, tv, and fire place is having troubles sliding in. sliding out is no problem.
i am going to lube the tracks but i was going to see if there are any codes throwing on the slide pannel but i do not know where this is. Does anyone think there is another problem? it will slow come in, seems like it might be binding but i am not sure. any help on this is greatly appreciated!!
