I would say not. A good investment would be a digital multi-meter and a clamp on DC amp probe. In lieu of that charge , disconnect , and separate the batteries to see if they hold current when disconnected. You can then figure out where the current is going or if the batteries are NG. One failed battery will suck the life out of the good one as well.

Thanks! I just turned the battery disconnect switch and put a battery tender on it to completely charge them up.... see what happens.

Just remember, the battery cutoff switch will not completely isolate the batteries. There are still parasitic loads such as the CO detector and such. To completely isolate the batteries you'll need to disconnect the negative battery cable at the battery, or wire in a marine switch like I did.

As mentioned before the factory switch does not turn everything off, the parasitic drain is 7+ watts (radio, propane detector, tv antenna booster and whatever else). I installed a master switch at the battery to shut off everything

Sounds like someone (possibly the previous owner or dealer) let that battery get too low and permanently damaged it.
FLA batteries can only take that a few times then they won’t hold a charge.
Might be time for a new battery.
If you’re doing any dry camping you might want to consider dual batteries.

After learning that issue here, I did the same thing.

Its a brand new unit.....with 2 batteries. Took both to Interstate dealer.... being tested overnight....under warranty.

I know there may be some small draws... but over 2 volt drop in 2 hours..... nope......

Sounds like you have something else going on, as the parasitic drain on mine would drain my dual group 27 batteries in about a month from experience (maybe a tad less). Once you figure it out, as others have said, highly recommend installing a positive shut off (fairly quick and easy install). Anytime I am not using mine, and I am not pulling the batteries... I simply flip it over to off. I put in a Blue Sea On/Off: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
