I have actually found (hopefully) the problem. Someone on this forum sent me a tip about checking the gas line underneath the slide once the slide is pulled in for towing. I found the hose was kinking to the point it "looks like" it is cutting off the gas supply to the fridge. The dealer has ordered it to replace. This should fix the problem.
