Imagine 3170 Mud Flap Addition

The rear stairs/entrance on the 3170 is right behind the wheel well. This means the stairs are always getting dirty from wheel spray, mud and travel on unpaved roads. Hoping that this helps solve my problem. I mounted the mud flap directly to the side of the frame of the stairs.

I want to install a flap on the street side to stop the dirt and mud that ends up on the sewer pipes on my Momentum 376TH. Haven’t found a way to properly mount a flap to anything. My big concern is a rock or large object hitting the pipe.
