different ? on E vs G and weight

Curious as to what the cutoff weight wise should be.....I have the 2018 337 with E Westlakes.....I am at 13K with 2800 pin weight.

So, if switching tire brand, better off with G??? Reason i ask is it has been mentioned as a generic comment.....weight, that is.....

I replaced the E rated Westlake tires on my Reflection which was almost identical to your 337RLS with Goodyear G614 G rated tires. I personally think the E rated Westlake tires are overloaded on the 337RLS sized RV's. They seem to hold up pretty well on lighter models like the 303. As far as cutoff for weight - I'd put G rated tires on any 5th wheel regardless of weight but that's me. Tires are one of the most important safety items for me.

Here are the load index ratings for various tires:
    124 (3,527 lbs) Westlake E 235/80R16
    126 (3,748 lbs) Goodyear G614
    129 (4,079 lbs) Westlake G (CR960A) and Sailun S637 235/80R16
    132 (4,409 lbs) Sailun S637 235/85R16

I put the Sailun S637 235/85R16 on my Solitude.

I did the same on my 2017 337. . Took off the Westlake E-rated tires and out in Goodyear G614s. I run them at 100 PSI. It’s been 20 months so far and I’m very pleased with them.
