In theory yes. When you lift all wheels off the ground at once with the hydraulic levelers your shackles will flip and move that end of the leaf spring in the wrong position. The leaf spring end should be above the equalizer, but when the shackle flips the leaf spring end moves under the equalizer. Its fixable, but a pain in the butt.

I carry a bottle jack and one of these, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Don't know how well they work since I have been lucky and have not had the opportunity to try it (great I probably just jinks myself), but it gets really good reviews and people seem to like them.

I carry this one from Lowes. It comes in a nice plastic case which I really like for storage.

I carry an 8 ton bottle jack and a couple of 6 ton jack stands, 2 spare tires and a dewalt 1/2” 20 volt impact gun, a large 1/2 inch torque wrench and a torque stick set. I am very pleased with the dewalt, I use it regularly to rotate tires on my Ram 3500. Just to test the power of the impact gun I tried it on the lug nuts on my Motorhome. The lug nuts are 33mm and torqued to 450 ft lbs, it hammers for about 5 seconds and spins the lug nuts right off, and that’s why I carry the torque sticks, they don’t allow the gun to break or strip studs or nuts if you get overzealous tightening the lug nuts. It’s a little heavy but beats breaking lugs by hand on the side of the highway.

Does anyone have experience with the Andersen rapid jack, 3602 I think. Their levelers are great, wondered if the rapid jack works as claimed.
