    2019 315 RLTS Value

We purchased a 2019 315 RLTS in December of 2018 to live in while building our permanent home in north Idaho. It was towed 40 miles from the dealer lot to our shop where it has been inside through the winter months. We added a washer and dryer (never used them) along with fabric, paint and awning protection. We intend to sell this unit and are wondering what a fair asking price would be. Any input would be much appreciated.

Don't know what a fair price might be but I can tell you a new 2019 315RLTS with options of free standing dinette, 2nd A/C, king bed can be had for $44k without haggling at Trailer Hitch RV in CA.

    Wow. That's disappointing to hear.
Here the 2020s are list priced at 56,000.
NADA gave a 2019 suggested list price of 53,000, an average of 47,500 and a low retail of 39,750.
We added the protection package and a washer/drier.
Were hoping to get at least 47,500.
Do you think the NADA pricing is realistic?

Thanks for the suggestion. We did go there and found some numbers. Do you think the suggestions there are realistic or do you have much experience with NADA?

They are pretty close. Location and market demand will eventually decide if you can get the max for your TT. You could also look at rvtrader.com and see what your model is going for and get an avg. I think that would be a good way to determine what you can list it for.

New loaded 2020 315RLTS (free standing table and chairs, two A/Cs, dual pane windows), can be had on the east coast for less than 40K. My experience is that all NADA used pricing is high.
