New dedicated 15 amp electric service to my refer - how to?

My refer is one of about five loads on the same 15 amp circuit in the RV. I want to run a dedicated circuit to the refer from the main distribution panel.

Problem is, the refer sits in the kitchen's driver's side slide-out. Any advice on getting a new 14/2 cable from the distribution panel into the slide-out -- and dealing with the ensuing movement?

You don't really need to pull new service into the slide. You need to find which service is supplying the current wires to the fridge/ slide and disconnect at that point and either connect to a new breaker, or wire from that connection point to the new breaker/ service connection

The 120V power to the slides changes from 14/2 romex solid to flexible SO type cord in the underbelly.
The OEMs use a connector like the Molex style SCPC type of connector that has 1/2 for solid wire, other 1/2 for stranded wire.
    https://www.molex.com/molex/search/d...%2522SCPC%2522

The SO cord is run from the underbelly thru the frame to the flex cable protectors and up thru the slide floor.
Then the SO flexible cord changes back to 14/2 romex just inside the slide, like in the corner of a cabinet.

So if I was trying to run a separate run, I'd have to run NM-B close to where existing wires go thru the frame.
Change the NM-B to SO cord & follow cords thru flex guide & up into bottom of slide floor.
Either run straight to a wall outlet for the frig or change back to NM-B and run to the frig outlet.

Flex with cables and LP hose:

Is the breaker tripping or why do you want to change the wiring?

I'm in the process of installing a sub-panel for my inverter loads. I want the refer to remain in the main distribution panel and all other loads on that circuit moving to the inverter sub-panel. So it's just an isolation thing.

I'm thinking this circuit is daisy-chained and I can't get to a disconnect point. Not sure at this juncture.

Having a little trouble following you.

"Go thru the frame." Do you have to drop the underbelly to see this?

"follow cords thru flex guide & up into bottom of slide floor." So I guess you mean run a snake thru the flex guide? Do I have to pull the fridge out to access the snake on the other end of the flex guide? Getting access to the wiring that feeds the existing refer outlet is the biggest unknown for me.

As said above, if you could figure out a way to isolate the frig wiring & outlet closer to the power panel or in the basement, that'd be easiest.
If they already are daisy chained in the slide, then I understand you'd want to separate the runs.
I think I've got the microwave 120V and the frig 120V run up into my slide floor on separate circuits.

Yes, have the coroplast dropped at an edge to work on if going this route.

The only info I have is how mine was done.
You can follow your wiring back from the slides to see how they ran the cables.
Holes thru the slide floors on mine are sealed with some black RTV.
On one side the flexible SJOOW 14 Awg cords go from the underbelly between the frame and coroplast, then thru the flex guide and into the slide floor.
The other side I think goes thru an existing hole in the frame, then thru the flex guide and then into the slide floor.

A few more photos which may be easier to follow.

Wires in basement going into the underbelly:

Flexible SJOOW cords run between frame and coroplast going to right hand slide.

    Wires in underbelly:

    Wires run thru frame hole

Frig 120V Wires - Enter thru slide floor on left side where they change from SJOOW to NM-B, run up to 120V outlet near stove vent, back across wall to frig outlet.
