Was in the shower and noticed something that looked like sawdust in the skylight. I put a black plastic bag on the shower floor and when I took the inner panel off, sawdust fell out. I also found several staples and a screw that missed the wood.

So far I feel pretty lucky. We've had our 310GK for only a few days, and only towed it 300 miles +/-, but remarkably no sawdust and debris has worked its way out yet. I am a little surprised, not only for having read this thread before delivery and expected it, but when I went to the dealer the day it arrived and signed the paper saying it had what we ordered it was full of sawdust. That crap was everywhere. So far so good though...

I took the panel off under the stove where the water pump is and found sawdust and a couple of screws. Wonder if Grand Design owns any vacuum cleaners.

Exactly! Just replaced the cheapo fan in the kitchen area with a better MAxxair model and it was like a snowstorm when the interior trim ring was removed!!!

We had our Reflection 303RLS for 5 years and still cleaned up saw dust after every trip. I believe that there is a endless amount of saw dust I the ceiling.

It's not sawdust, its extra insulation.
We don't have much sawdust, but we have 5 pingpong balls from day one under kitchen slide. And neither my wife or I play pingpong
