    Sawdust from ceiling

So for about 10 days we had sawdust fall from the ceiling near the vent over our bed. Guess someone cut peices for the roof and forgot to vacuum our Imagine xls 22RBE. Anyone else find this?

Yep, this is normal. We still get some when traveling after a year.

So true! When we swapped 3 vents and there was no shortage of debris!

Come on GD, cleanup before you button up!

Exactly! Just replaced the cheapo fan in the kitchen area with a better MAxxair model and it was like a snowstorm when the interior trim ring was removed!!!

Any location that is not readily accessible has construction shrapnel in it. So far every panel or cover I have looked into has had sawdust in it. Apparently they clean nothing while assembling.

Unbelievable... Our 2016 front living Solitude... I removed the panel in the pass-through basement to look everything over. I grabbed the shop vac with a long hose and crevice tool. It took a half hour to get what I could reach...sawdust, splinters, divots from drilling holes in aluminum, screws, wire strippings, plumbing cut-offs, pieces of insulation and whatever else they use during construction.

We pulled the belly down to do some "modifications" and found all of the same stuff falling in our faces. Everyone is right. We are always finding "shrapnel" everywhere.

Found saw dust and loose screws when I pulled the drawer out to check the water pump. I guess the extra screws were to replace the ones that kept falling out.

I have, and continue to, find lots of construction debris in our 2nd year of traveling with the trailer. Including a 3-1/2" piece of 2x2 laying on the floor behind basement wall. The good news is I have fund enough screws for the start of a nice "repair" kit. The really bad news is some of the screws were wedged under water lines such that could/would probably wear a hole. If it is covered, there is no cleanup whatsoever. Truly poor workmanship.
