    Bathroom sink

We have had our 2015 379fl for a couple of months, use it extensively and love it. Had our first incident this weekend. A small glass perfume container fell out of the medicine cabinet, onto the vessel style sink. The sink literally exploded, lodging numerous glass shards into my wife's legs and feet. Several bandaids and an extensive cleanup session later, we are looking for a replacement sink. Needless to say, we have removed all glass containers from the medicine cabinet. Has anyone had a similar experience?

So very sorry this has happened to you!! No I haven't had anything happen and I even have a vessel glass sink in our home. It must have hit just right! Hope she wasn't hurt too bad.
For a replacement, if you don't go to Grand Design , check online at faucetsdirect.com. Wide selection and decent prices.

Keep us posted as to how she is!!

Sorry to hear that. We have had items fall out of the cabinet so we throw a towel in the sink while traveling to prevent damage in the event it happens again. Of note we have had an item fall out and turn the water on, so we make sure that the drain is clear in case it happens again.

Welcome to the forums, kbharris and sorry to hear about your sink.
I've dropped a few items in the since, but nothing glass. So no shattering yet!
Are you thinking of changing up the sink? Some of us have issues with the amber sink.
I do believe it's the hardest thing to keep clean looking

We went to a local Home Depot, and purchased a clear sink...it is still hard to keep clean looking, but it was in stock, and I needed a sink...and we no longer stow glass containers in the medicine cabinet

Thanks kbharris for the tip. No issues here yet, but you may have kept us from having one with your ideas. Happy Camping!
