What cleaning products should be used on an RV toilet?

We have a 2018 Reflection 303 RLS. We are wondering what most people use to clean the bowl and seat of the toilet? Any special solution or brush to use so we don't do any damage? Thanks

I just clean like I do at home. Comet and a brush.

And then I wax the bowl to keep it shiny and slick. Shower too. KEN

I am assuming that you have a porcelain bowl with a plastic seat. This is the same as the majority of toilets in your home.

Clean it the same way you would your home toilet. The chemicals use for cleaning will not do anymore damage to your holding tank than it would do to PVC sewer pipes used in homes. I could be wrong, but you will be hard pressed to convince me otherwise.

We use everyday household cleaners. Don't use anything with bleach if you use toilet chemicals. I've read they don't play nice with each other.

Would any of the cleaners harm the seal that is on the piece that opens and closes to drain bowl into tank.

Before I upgraded the toilet I used foaming bathroom cleaner just before I dumped the tank. It worked well enough.

Now that I've got the Dometic 320 toilet, I use the Dometic dissolving cleaning / tank treatment packets, and a regular toilet brush. I'm not sure if the regular brush is the best answer though, because I had to replace the toilet once under warranty for leaking. When the warranty replacement toilet started leaking into the black tank, I applied silicone grease to the seal--problem solved.
