We have a blackstone flat grill. Our first camp meal using it was chicken fajitas. As someone else said, it cooks everything well. We 're really new to the RV life so we appreciate all the great ideas on this topic. I have a great recipe for pulled chicken and one for pulled pork in the crockpot so we will probably be getting a small version of one of those.

If you like Brats, a nice variation is Johnsonville Grillers. They use the same meat as the regular brats, but they are made in a patty, like a hamburger. Several flavors available and come in a box of six. Add your favorite condiment....horseradish, BBQ sauce, mustard....whatever

As they say in SLAP SHOT!!!!
I bring the FOIL everytime. My kids favorite growing up was Camper Stew. Heavy duty foil, with 1/3 lb hamburger, sliced potatoe, rough cut onion and Lowry's seasoning salt. Cook over a fire for 40 minutes (ten minutes a side) and YUM YUM. Camper stewSubbury, Ohio
