New 375 RES Delivered today Awning wont work, fuse good
Picked up new 2020 375 RES today. Spent two hours with dealer going over the unit, how to work it, inspecting it, before doing the purchase paperwork. Awning worked at the dealer, found two gigs, they fixed immediately, nothing remotely linked to the awning. Towed it 27 miles to our spot and set it up. Went to extend the awning, nothing. Fuse good, replaced it anyway. Battery switch on. Connections on back of switch appear and feel tight. Have to replace my voltmeter tomorrow, current one in a jigsaw configuration. Suggestions welcome.

We have two awnings. One is controlled where the slides are with a similar hold-down-to-operate switch. The other is controlled elsewhere by TWO switches, one to turn the awning on and the other to extend / retract it. Just in case you're talking about the second type....
Also, the hold-down-to-operate switches used by GD have failed for a number of people here. Your new multimeter will tell you if you're one of them. Good that you're only 27 miles from the dealer; most of us don't plan our troubles so well!
