Grand Design Customer Service
I had a chance to try out the effectiveness of Grand Design Customer Service this week. While doing the first axle maintenance on our Reflection 337, I discovered that the Dexter hub cap was missing on the right front wheel. An email to Grand Design with a picture of the missing cap yielded a same day "it's in the mail" response. Cap and rubber plug arrived today and I am pleased with the rapid service.

We experienced the same. Issue on slide, out of warranty, email by me to GD and call by dealer and bam! It was covered. Love me some Grand Design Customer Service!

So far I am very pleased with GD. They have fixed all issues with my RV.
I originally had 13 issues but they were not show stopper and we able to use our RV.
My Last one was when my tire blowup it caused big damage to the body. GD paid for the repair. Thank you GD.
I am also happy with Tampa Lazydays. They worked with me and GD on all the repairs.2020 Reflection 337RLS

If anything, GD has been overkill for me on some minor issues. I asked what glue they used for the wipers on the slide corners, as there were two very small tears. I wanted to repair them myself because they were minor, and the dealer is 2.5 hours away. Also there were 3 screws missing on the slide trim/seal retainers. They sent me four screws, and said they use super glue. I fixed the issues easily. Two days later I got a whole bag of screws, and two weeks after that I got a 15' long box by special delivery with all new seals. Can't ask for better service.

Wow, it must certainly be whom you are dealing with. Now that I have moved on from the so called "supervisor" and on my second customer service rep things have improved. However the dealer aspect is not so good.
I take that back about moving on. The second customer service rep has "ghosted" me. I got an invoice from the dealer (second one too) today and there are $298 in charges, mostly labor, to fix items that should never have left the factory.
In her defense she did say to me that she had a habit of taking on other's cases, overloading herself.Last edited by Wicked ace; 08-13-2019 at 04:46 PM.
