Antenna issues
Hi all!
We are not having any luck trying to use the antenna on our Reflection 29RS. Is there any secret switch that I am missing? Antenna is fully extended, red booster light is on, both televisions are in air mode but when we do the scan no channels come in. We are able to watch a dvd. Our neighbors are all getting service thru theirs and I am at a loss of what to try. Any suggestions?

Where your red booster light is do you have two Coax Connectors? may have to move the Coax Cable from one to the other.

It sounds like you might have the wrong input selected on the TV itself. Using your remote, hit "source", then select TV. Then do your channel selection. This works for my Furrion TV. Not sure which TV you have in your rig.

Definitely try those two suggestions above and here is a third suggestion. Don't forget to do a scan on your TV to find the local channels at each step (unfortunately you have to do this every time you move camp grounds). Try them in this order:
1) check all coax connectors are tight making good contact at the wall plates
2) Ensure the TV's are set to the correct input & Scan the channels and check reception
3) Switch the coax at the booster to the other connector & scan the channels
4) check all coax connectors are tight behind the wall plate (yes remove the two screws holding the wall plate). If you tightened connectors, scan the channels
5) if still having trouble, check the connectors are tight behind the walls at the splitters and behind the booster.
a) you might want to ask GD for help for this
b) If you changed anything, scan the channels
Post your solution on the forum or request more help if still having trouble.Aaron & Donna
