    2019 Imagine A/C Questions

What size(BTU) the a/c is on 2019 imagine? The reason I ask, is this weekend (very hot and humid) the progressive industries power monitor I have installed was cutting off power to the trailer due to low voltage.
The monitor screen was showing 105 volts. Now I understand it was doing exactly what it was supposed to do so I don’t burn up my a/c. But what I noticed was that other campers around me were running a/c with what appeared to be no issues. Is Grand Design running bigger units that require more power to start and run? Not the 1st time I have encountered this problem.

I dont know your AC size, might be on the GD website. Other campers might not have been using an EMS and were slowly killing their AC without knowing. That low voltage issue is common during peak electric use times like you describe when the park is either much older or doesnt have adequate electrical distribution supply for the load that is being demanded. Be happy you have an EMS.

They are all 15k a/c units.

Others were probably running because they aren't using any protection.

Just biding their time until the compressor fails from low voltage.

How do you determine the a/c manufacturer on a 2020 Imagine?
