Yea, they're called "Combi-Cams". Keyholes inevitably get road grime and crud in them or get rusty or iced, but these always work.
I must have gotten mine from a different reseller, because mine are black, but this is what they look like.

My wife calls me a key crazy keyologist.
As soon as I buy any vehicle with a key I get multiple spares. I even have 4 fobs for each of my keyless start car/Trucks.
I keep a spare RV key in the truck center console. The truck has a keypad so I can get into it without a key
Also keep spare fob for the truck in the RV. That way I getting locked out or losing a key is almost impossible.Jerry & Linda

Apologies if this is already common knowledge. If you need extra keys for your RV, Google Bauer BAU4-P key blanks. You can find them on Amazon and Ebay too. When we bought our Momentum in May of 2016, I ordered several blanks and took them along with the original key and one of the bay locks to a qualified locksmith. They made and tested several keys. Some online suppliers will cut the keys from the key code thereby saving the trip to the locksmith.

I was 15hrs from home when the top lock thing happened to me. Needless to say my top lock doesn't work anymore. I prayed it open with a screw driver. No visual damage just broke the lock tab.

Tough one! I'm not trying to be "that guy" but first thing I did was get a spare trailer key to put in truck and a spare truck key to put in the TT .....just in case. It could be a faulty door as mentioned. I had the rear door of my old TT go wonky a few times.
