New 311bhs question for TV mounting in Bedroom

Besides the small shower, this may by my biggest complaint. The TV mounting location is off to the side above the window. not sure they even make tvs that small(lol) . What have others done here? anybody relocated this to a different spot? used a mount that rotates the TV up against cieling so that it can be bigger? or anything else? looking for creative solutions. I just came from a 40" tv in my RV and I dont want a little tiny tv that barely fits up there. most of my late night tv is in the bedroom after the kid goes to sleep. we will be full time in this. Just made the deposit today.

Bump. Have any more recent owners came up with a mount/television solution for inside the master bedroom?

I used the MorRyde articulating television mount. It's very heavy duty and locks into place when you're traveling.

I installed a tv in the garage of our 320G. Did a bunch of research and decided not to get fancy with an extending mount. More variables for failure with anything that articulates and I'll never use it that way.

Ended up with a $10 fixed mount. locks place. Yep. ten bucks. Haven't traveled with it yet since were hiding out the pandemic at a seasonal site local. I'd imagine I'll take the tv down when we drive and strap it to a bunk to be safe regardless of which mount.

    Moo,

I'm not understanding. Did you do a fixed mount to the outside of the body with a V shaped slip mount for the TV added to the TV bracket?

Your not watching a TV that is mounted inside the passthrough storage are you?

I was considering mounting one of these plates to the outside fiberglass wall and carry the television in and leave on a bed or couch while traveling.Click image for larger version.

Then I discovered this, 25 lb capacity, pins solid against the wall for transport and not that expensive. MORryde is an RV specific company.... Sounds like a wiener! For the bedroom and for the passthrough.

The larger is 3 lbs over the rating at 28 lbs. But it's never going to travel with the television. It's only for while at the camp site on Netflix/Hulu/Prime/Vudu. The MORryde is rated for travel weight.... I'm all good. I'll put that V thing on the one I stick in the passthrough so the television drops in and lifts off.

I've also ordered through the dealer the Reese Goose Box 16K lb set up.Click image for larger version.

We use the garage of our toy hauler as a bedroom. The mount is on the wall next to the interior door (designed and labeled location by GD).

This is the one we went with in the 28BH bedroom. Overkill for the 32" TV hanging off it, but it is not going to go anywhere at all with 6 1/4" wood screws in it. The mount itself is very stout and snaps into place solidly for transport.

I use the MorRyde extended swingout tv mount. Our trailer (28bh) has the tv mount on the side wall, which is VERY inconvenient. The MorRyde extended arm allows the tv to extend further out. It's still nowhere near centered on the bed, but at least it stick out further. We end up having to watch tv with our feet pointed to the left where the tv is.

Were you able to screw this straight into the wall, or did you screw a piece of wood into the wall and the mount into the new wood?
