GD will most likely send you to Lippert, since they are who made the frame. You may want to contact Lippert on your own too.
The rust is another story, looks like the rig was delivered in the winter and no one washed the salt off. Clean and spray it with that rust reformer paaint, it works pretty good.Marcy & Gary

I visited the dealer today (Meyer's RV of Syracuse) with pictures and scheduled a day for me to drop the camper off for repair. The fella I talked to seemed confident a fix could be done there and be covered under warranty. He said he had seen that issue before. We have 2 close to home camping trips scheduled, then I'll drop it off the end of September. Feeling a little better about it. I was ready to toss in the towel on camping. For the $ paid and GD always talking quality, I was disappointed.
